Every Hoop Trailer operator is required to maintain commercial liability insurance while operating their business. We’ve partnered with BKR Risk, a specialty insurance brokerage, to make getting the right coverage simple. BKR Risk will provide options for appropriate coverage on your business and your Hoop Trailer including its equipment.
General Liability (Required)
$1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
Covers your mobile basketball and entertainment operations.
Certificates of Insurance for venues and events
Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation and Primary & Non-Contributory wording available for venues that require it
Trailer Physical Damage (Optional)
Covers your trailer at its replacement cost up to the policy limits. (Limits may vary depending on your setup).
Covered on the road, in storage and on site at events.
Covers collision, theft, vandalism, fire and weather damage.
Equipment & Contents (Optional)
Sound systems, scoreboards, generators, tablets/POS and other gear kept in or used with the trailer
Participant Accident Medical (Optional)
Pays medical expenses for participants injured during play, regardless of fault
